These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India.

3. Services

BBS Solutions provides software development, business automation tools, and related services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Do not use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell our software
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

5. Payment Terms

• All services are subject to advance payment unless otherwise agreed
• Payments once made are non-transferable
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Subscription renewals must be completed before expiry

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials are the exclusive property of BBS Solutions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for business use only.

7. Data & Backup Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
BBS Solutions shall not be responsible for any data loss under any circumstances.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee that services will be error-free or always available.

9. Limitation of Liability

• BBS Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

10. Termination

a. By Customer

You may terminate services by providing written notice.

b. By BBS Solutions

We may suspend or terminate services with or without notice if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment is not completed
• Misuse of services is detected

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, server outages, government actions, etc.).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
