A South Korean designer has developed a robotic eyeball that can be worn around the forehead, The Third Eye, for obsessive smartphone users. It'll warn users on phones when they come close to an obstacle. It uses a gyro sensor to measure the oblique angle of the user's neck and an ultrasonic sensor to calculate the distance between the eye and obstacles.
